Above participation fees do NOT include shipping costs as well as possible handling and custom fees.  Extra cost will be charged.

 

         Invoicing & payment

You will be invoiced depending upon the number of brochures you want to have distributed.  If you wish to pay by check please include a copy of our invoice.  Payment instructions for international bank transfers will be on our invoice. Payment is due by January 15, 2010

 

          Shipping instructions 

Please write in big letters the following legal text on the parcel(s) to avoid paying customs duty:  Tourist brochures Art. 4911.1010 and ship before December 31, 2009 to make sure your materials arrive in time.  Shipping address:

Registration and cancellation terms:  Your registration becomes a legally binding contract after receipt of the invoice issued by the Visit USA Committee Switzerland
The invoice will be mailed to the above address if no other instructions are provided and must be paid before the event in order to obtain guaranteed service. Cancellation is requested within 10 days after the registration date.
